Our Vision

The Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church vision is to shine the light of Christ through faith, prayer, word and deed. Our motto is “We are a Church that Shares and Cares.” 

With these two principles in mind, it has been our goal to shine the light of Christ not only in a spiritual sense through worship, but also through a pragmatic sense by doing works that reflect the love of Christ. Matthew 5:16 (KJV) says, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” To us, shining the light of Christ is not difficult as long as love is an action, help is a realization, hope is an expectation and faith is a fulfillment.
